Gaiatri’s Level One, Two and Three combination Yoga Teacher Training course in Edmonton consists of all three levels spread out over four modules.  Each module will be different lengths beginning in August 2012 and finishing on October 7th, 2012. This course will be facilitated by Ally Bogard Gaiatri Yoga’s long time teacher as well as Jana Derges and other visiting staff. As like all of our courses this one is steeped in the vast ocean of yogic principles and practices.  This incredibly rich program immerses the students in yoga asana, technique and alignment, breathing practices, meditation, personal coaching, voice and language training, leadership training, class management skills, human anatomy and studies in yoga philosophy.  The yogic lifestyle is experientially woven in throughout the program as the student explores and develops their own personal teaching style and knowledge of yoga.  Our experienced instructors work as sensitive guides and utilize a hands-on approach to teaching and coaching.  All students receive personal coaching and instruction in developing their own yoga practice and teaching methodologies.  Students are required to augment their daily learning with homework studies and reading.
