As devoted students and teachers of yoga, many questions arise from our experience. We invite you to come and share with us as we support each other to explore these topics.

  * What is your growing edge, as a yoga practitioner and/or teacher?
  * What is your heart longing to express through your practice and/or teaching?
  * How do you authentically experience and convey your deepest insights and experiences with clarity in your practice and/or classes?
  * How do you continue to feel inspired?
  * How do you create and hold a sacred space where you feel safe and supported to share all that arises as a devoted practitioner diving deeper into the practice of yoga?
  * How do you maintain personal and compassionate self-care to ensure healthy boundaries and longevity within the practice?
*How can you best support others to deepen their practice?
*Which energizing and relaxing asana and pranayama practices support you most powerfully?

We would love you to join us as we all move our practice and teaching beyond the sharing of knowledge towards sharing profound experience, conveying wisdom, and inspiring transformation. Our practice stays fresh when we let go of what we think we know, and our old outdated answers, and open to what is arising now in our body, mind, heart and relationships.

In response to all of life’s challenges, it is more important than ever now that we come together to practice in community for inspiration, peace, strength, joy, and comfort. May we meet in the spacious field of consciousness where questions can be explored rather than answered.
