Ally’s philosophy: if it doesn’t create joy, it isn’t worth doing. Her classes emphasize playfulness, self-expression, strength and a deep reverence for the teachings that flow through each of us as we practice. Vipassana meditation and the teachings of Anusara and John Friend most heavily influence Ally’s current inspiration. Her training and continual learning has been enriched by Trinity Yoga and all of the incredible teachers on the path.
Her exploration through Latin America and India and the white water rivers and mountains of North America has enabled her to apply attentiveness, awareness and wonderment learnt on the mat to all aspects of everyday life and play.
