Join Anna in Nelson BC this fall for a unique training that will bring the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and the innate wisdom of women together.

Anna began her yoga journey at an early age on Hornby Island where she was born and raised. Studying gymnastics throughout her youth allowed Anna to discover the wonders of her body, movement and exploration. Anna shifted her focus to yoga once she discovered the deep inner peace and positivity it brought to her life both on and off the mat. Anna has been a senior facilitator with Trinity Yoga for the past four years and honours all the amazing gifts she has learned from that experience.
Her commitment to the path of yoga has been strengthened and inspired by all of her teachers and her studies in the Anusara, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar traditions. During her pregnancy Anna decided to delve deeper into prenatal yoga and once her angel Rosie Bea was born she began teaching post natal yoga as well. Anna is currently working on her Masters in Ayurvedic Medicine at Mount Madonna Institute in California and of course continually working on being a positive role model for her daughter Rosie Bea.
