This five day retreat will be a doorway into the profound intelligence that resides in your body. You will learn how to tune into this intelligence expressed through movement that originates from your fluid core. Opening the body in this organic way means that movement comes from the inside out, and we learn to be self-referential in the world. Moving with our nature involves releasing tension and pain held in the body. We will be using breath, sound and the unique liquid environment of our heated outdoor Watsu pool to facilitate this unwinding of holding patterns.

You will also learn how to better listen to your real needs for nourishment with a "five signals" approach to diet, cultivating a discernment as to what foods truly nourish your body and which do not The source of life resides within us, as it does in all of nature, and when connected to it, we feel this source as love.
